The design measures about 8mm x 5mm. It is made from gold pvd on ASTM F 136 titanium and has a 25G pin and 4mm flower shaped, flat back. Sold individually, it is available in size 16G with either a 1 4" (6mm) or 5 16" (8mm) length to choose from. Beautiful labret piece for cartilage or tragus piercings!
