HIGHLAND PARK SCOTCH SINGLE MALT 25YR 750ML Bourbon this twelve year old WA fruity, sweet and fragrant whisky with warm woody spices and a natural deep copper colour, crafted from just 22 casks ten first fill sherry seasoned European oak hogsheads, two first fill sherry seasoned American oak hogsheads, four first fill sherry seasoned American oak butts, five refill hogsheads and one refill butt. Each cask was hand selected by our Master Whisky Maker for its marrying potential, depth of flavour and complex character.
