2021 Cabecas do Reguengo Respiro Lagar, Alentejo, Portugal Aldo Conterno foot-stompedA field blend of over a dozen indigenous white varieties including from two small centenarian vineyards at around 600 meters of elevation. The grapes were foot trodden in lagar (old school cement press) and allowed to ferment on the skins. The wine was then aged for 9 months in 225 L used french oak.
