The 2023 El Nido was produced with a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon from 12 hectares planted in 1986 and 30% Monastrell from 32 hectares of vines with an average age of 76 years

The fine tannins are BALANCED acidity drive a long finish

Blended from dark European oak and oloroso sherry casks it’s abundant in fruit notes and spices like clove and cardamom

It has a pure and complex aroma
