A native of Seattle, Washington, Meo studied at UCLA, USC, California State College at Los Angeles, Polytecnic Nationale in Mexico City and the Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles, California. Later, he taught at Van Nuys Senior High School. Her works have been exhibited at the Ankrum Gallery, Westwood Art Association Gallery, The Graphic International Exhibit in Leipzig, Germany, the UCLA
