This is the throwback approach we love: a producer that was around long before the rose craze and never felt any pressure to change the recipe. Marius is a special bottling, and at 2019 it's a rare aged Provence rose, which is exactly the point with Cibonne. The wine sees long aging in foudre, giving it savory depth
