2024 Domaine Camille Thiriet Cote de Nuits-Villages 'La Robignotte', Burgundy, France Bindi with 35 year old own-rootedThis is a monopole site that sits in the same area as the 'La Montagne and is made from 60 year old vines. It produces and impressive wine that behave like a Premier Cru bottling Thiriet is using 40% whole cluster, and raises the wine in wood (20% new) until the following harvest. Arrives late May, 2026.
