Antique Jonquil Vaseline Beads, Strand Ibis 4" top to bottomThese Bohemia vaseline glass beads were made in the mid 1800's and traded in Mali. A bright "greasy" jonquil color, matte finish. They are very rare now. 23 inch strand with 60 beads. 13 16mm diameter x 9 17mm tall with a few round beads in the mix. Classic conical drill, 1. 5 5mm holes. A unique and rare strand. These beads are in very good to excellent condition.
