2021 Amoise Syrah Hawke's Bay, New Zealand Abruzzo High Pass VineyardWinemaker notes: This is from the exceptional Two Terraces vineyard (Mangatahi Terraces region), established by the very hardworking Ian & Linda Quinn. The site is slightly higher in elevation and has distinct diurnal swings hot days, cool nights. This is ideal for maintaining higher levels of acidity and aromatics. Having allocated rows allows me to apply Biodynamic preparations to the soil and canopy in the rows during the growing season. 0% whole
