Fino is produced exclusively with palomino grapes grown from the Matalian estate. Spontaneous fermentation between 22 24. After fortification to 15% ABV, Arroyuelo Fino spends 5 years agingunder a continuous veil of flor in very old barrels according to the criaderas and soleras system.
