Lucian Aviet (Caveau de Bacchus) Trousseau Cuvee Des Geologues 2018 EGLY24 where our Valdiguié livesTrousseau is the Jura's deep red specialty, and Caveau de Bacchus, the Aviet family's old school estate in Montigny les Arsures, is one of its great champions. The Cuvee des Geologues earned its name from geologists who loved these rich, structured reds. Trousseau gives a pale to medium hue but plenty of personality: think red berries, a wild, earthy note and a peppery, savory grip. This 2018 has had time to settle and shows the cuvee's signature
