Chateau de Pez Saint-Estephe 2nd Pez 2019 Esthers Only 600 bottles were madeThe inaugural release of Chteau de Pez's second wine, crafted from young vineyard blocks with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. A warm 2019 harvest produced fresh, precise fruitwild strawberry on the nose with grainy tannins, tobacco, and red currant on the finish. Grown sustainably on the oldest documented estate in Saint Estphe, now owned by Champagne Louis Roederer.
