2024 Marie & Vincent Tricot 'Escargot' VDF, Auvergne, France Nøvice Chardonnay "Un"From 45 year old organic Chardonnay vines planted on limestone, clay, and basalt soils in Auvergne. Hand harvested whole clusters undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in barriques, unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur, delivering a pure and textured expression of site and vintage.:
