This cava is complex on the nose offering primary aromas of fresh bright fruit with some citrus notes and white flowers. On the palate fresh and dry with a nice velvety texture due to the time spent on lees. Ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes such as salad and seafood, perfect with oysters. Serve well chilled.
