Rita Hills Cuvee' Chardonnay, California, USA Di Costanzo Vinification: De-stemmedThis Chardonnay emerges from a collaboration between Burgundys tienne de Montille, Champagnes Rodolphe Pters, and Santa Barbaras Justin Willettuniting winemaking finesse with California terroir. Its crafted from estate and contracted parcels (Wenzlau, La Rinconada, Bentrock) in the cool Sta. Rita Hills AVA. The wine sees 11 months in 20% new French oak followed by five months on lees in stainless steel.
