Arnot-Roberts Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir Heaven and Earth 2024 Wine Club Fermented with native yeasts andHeaven and Earth is a small, hidden hillside vineyard tucked into a coastal valley just east of Occidental, planted in 2004 on loam and decomposed schist, and farmed with obsessive care by viticultural legend Greg Adams. A forested ridge to the west blocks direct Pacific weather, while the very short diurnal shift slows ripening day and night, yielding small berries and naturally dense structure. Arnot Roberts ferments with whole clusters to draw out
