Since 2019, the site has been organically hand farmed by myself. The fruit was hand picked on August 15th, 2022. Grapes were then gently pressed (this bottling is 80 gallons per ton), oxidatively handled, and fermented with native yeasts in large format French oak barrels. Malo lactic fermentation
