Grape: Blaufrnkisch Vineyard: 50 year old vines in a plot called Paradiesgarten, for which this cuve is named. Located in the Cru of Jungenberg, an 800 year old vineyard site. Markus farms the plot entirely without tractors or machinery, letting indigenous wild cover crops grow amongst the vines. Making
