Wine grapes are sourced from Altamira and Gualtallary in the Valle de Uco. Smoky with dark berry, plum and savoury herb flavours smooth and rounded on the palate. Drinking well now. Malbec food pairings: farmer's style pork chops, slow cooked pork ribs, crown pork roast.
