A bit of splitting to the arches of a couple of stakes

telling us it had already been well used

and the stuffing is fairly light weight

and terrific from the back as well as the front

I've had a couple of modernist art deco German enameled boxes from this period, but rarer to see a figural one and what better than puppies?! Rendered in a very art deco sort of a way. Some loss to the matte green
