This is an very rare uniform patch insignia from World War One for the 2nd Infantry Division Sanitary Medical Train. The patch features a green felt cross background that measures about 3 inches across and 3 3 4 inches tall. Unfortunately there is significant moth damage to the felt background, so the "cross" shape is hard to see. There is a sewn on embroidered star with the "Indian Head" in the middle. These patches
