This is a very nice all original lightly service worn example of a Model 1940 German WWII helmet with a single Luftwaffe Eagle decal. This stamped sheet steel construction helmet retains about 85% of the original lightly textured Luftwaffe Blue Gray paint, showing wear throughout, but no large areas of paint loss. There are some chips, scrapes, and so forth, but nothing out of line with regular service wear. The
