Around the turquoises the cuff isdecorated with zig zag patterns. The bracelet is domed as you can see in the pics. All the turquoises are set in very well. The bracelet comes with a nice patina. It is adjustable, but it shouldn't been pulled apart too often, otherwise the silver will get damaged. It fits best a medium size
