This is an exceptionally rare German World War Two National Forestry Service Administration officer tunic with a Hessen and Baden State Forestry Service Official Belt and Buckle

which has been decorated and had a small clock added to it

The lower waist has a buttoning tab that closes with a plain fiber button to the right

which along with the flat stamped brass chinstrap buckle
