This is an original German WWII transitional HJ Fahrtenmesser Trip Knife by the rare Solingen maker Artur Schttelhfer & Co. Stahlwarenfabrik, complete with its black enamel steel scabbard and leather hanger. It is a particularly desirable 1936 1938 transitional configuration, combining the strengthened raised ricasso blade and later RZM M7 13 marking with the earlier acid etched Blut und Ehre! motto. The blade
