This is a rather unique piece, and one which we are sure many of which did not survive the ages! This is a box which was the original packaging for a half dozen pairs of socks by the Interwoven Stocking Company. The box features a colorful representation of a confident GI with a rifle with fixed bayonet running down a ragged Japanese Soldier (Wearing worn out socks, of course!). One of the more unique pieces of WWII
