Fat old hand-forged nails all over including an exuberant big cluster of them on one short side

I love the way she is framed by the cascade of her long hair on one side, the brim of her huge hat on the other, and leafy branch overhead. And then this great hand at the very center, with index finger pointing straight up (and or caressing her neck!) 3 11 16 x 2 3 4 x 5 16 and in very good condition, with a great patina. I assume made to function as an ashtray, earlyish 20th
