Wonderful Bisque Lion, Presumed Japanese Godey's There is a bit ofLove at first sight with this lounging lion, whose face and posture and attitude strike me as just right. I have done some searching but found no match of him out there; I think he is likely Japanese based on the exposed bisque underside, but there is no mark anywhere that I see.
