This is a very good condition genuine WWII U. S. Army M4 Carbine bayonet fighting knife, with an original M8A1 scabbard. The guard is the narrow version and not the post war wide version. The blade is in good condition, showing faithful use, and sharpening after arsenal. The crossguard, handle, and pommel are all tight to the blade. This example is unmarked besides an H in a shield on the pommel for Hemphill, but
