I think the self-referential pen and ink drawing on this antique French postcard is pretty fabulous

Antique Bookplate Engraving, Drawing Instruction: Arms and Legs vintage taxco silver she in the chair nextI'm not sure what volume this bookplate engraving was taken from, but it's definitely an old one, and I just found it all these muscular arms and legs together pretty striking. Surely it, and two other plates I am listing separately, provided instruction in classical drawing. 11 1 8" x 8 5 8" on nice weight white pulpy paper. Rough top edge from where it was removed from book and some toning around the edges but overall very good condition.
