This is a very good condition totally genuine BATF approved inert German WWI M17 Stick Grenade known as the Model 1917 Stielhandgranate. This example has a screw off head, star shaped screw off base cap, a hollow stick and still retains its original yellow paint. It stands 12 inches tall with a head diameter of 7 inches. These are exceptionally rare far more difficult to find than the WWII M24 version. Germany
