There is a "start" hole and and an "out" hole molded into the clear plastic

with this fantastic unkempt hair

and some other minor scattered staining

The drawers are painted creamy white with brass handles

it seems to me it is likely a one off

Concentric grooves were carved into the wood, into which strips of cut tin, with folded over top edges, were laid, creating a labyrinth for a marble to make its way through with the aim of reaching the center.
