The shape of this one is the loveliest I've seen

I am not entirely sure if the "blade" was meant to be a letter opener or knife or what not

" but perhaps the maker never followed through on producing more than a few

I have not touched the copper insert but imagine it would polish up if desired

black and gold and rust that gives it great character and makes it feel rather ancient
