this is quite an old one--dating sometime between the late 19th century and the 1920s--and quite a wonderful one

Approximately 56 inches wide x 85 inches long

Part of what I think makes it great is its utter impracticality--this thing weighs about 10 pounds

There are certainly some other Oaxacan folk art alebrije owls out there
