The city sits behind the wall of a prehistoric dam and serves as a vital caravan stop for travelers making their way across the blue deserts of Vaarn. The masses are ruled by Plumber Banker cartels and extorted by splicer street gangs. In this chaos, a cyborg cult gains popularity, and its devotees leave the city for their citadel in the wilderness. Rezvar is on edge, and if things dont change
