This is a fantastic set, with two original German WWII combat awards, each with their original BESITTZZEUGNIS "possession award" certificates, ribbons, and even their original paper packets! These were awarded to the same soldier, Adolf Brodala, who held the rank of Obergefreiter (Senior Exempted or Lance Corporal) on both documents. The award documents are dated 1942 and 1944. The awards earned by this soldier
