I have not touched the brass on this piece but think it would shine up some if desired

with a thin layer of batting between front and back) and many years later someone cared enough to salvage the squares

I've had a handful of large antique brass stencil dials (of the 14 inch variety)

And these two look to have a lot of affection for each other. With what looks to be a barn in the distance, and a tin can floating in the water at lower right. 5 3 8" x 3 3 8". Good condition, general light soiling, unused postcard back. Earlyish 20th century.
