Victorian Three Arm Bone Manicure Tool early engraving which is no longer aroundPretty, and handy, and small enough to fit in the smallest pocket. Carved of cow bone, late 19th c. I believe. Including what is surely a cuticle pusher but also a bit like a tiny spoon of the sort to be used for snorting! And with plenty of use left in it. Closed: 2 9 16" x 1 2" x 1 4". Good condition, no cracks or issues, just a bit of aging rusting to the surface of the file.
