Here we have a very nice Australian Victoria Police Force helmet, which bears the "King's Crown" of King George VI on the top of the badge. He reigned from 1936 to 1952, and was the monarch for all of WWII. This example is clearly post WWII, having all mounts chrome plated, so dating from the late 1940's to very early 1950's.
