Carved Whimsy Chain with Ball in Cage and Geometric Form at Ends late 19th century statue and wonderfully dramaticI've got increasingly picky about carved whimsies, and while this one is not antique or super complicated, I really like the elongated shape of the links and especially the faceted geometric carving dangling at one end, balancing the ball in cage on the other. Mid 20th c. I believe, with a nice dry wood patina. Nice hanging down from one nail on the wall, perhaps next to where one hangs the keys, reminding one of key fobs! 16 1 2" long x 7 8" wide and
