Wonderful Antique Hanging Carved and Jointed Wooden Figures with Joined Arms blue ink I believe it is 1930s

I believe it is 1930s Zanesville (typically unmarked) though am not 100% certain

1 1/2" across at lip

Plates measure 8 1/8" from tip to opposite side

4 1/4" long x 3 5/8" tall

it might peel off with a little effort but I did not want to mess with it and it more or less disappears) and a little spotting to the surface on the left bottom corner of the vase
