The cardboard flaps opening to either side detail the dyes used to produce each color

as noted on the Railroad Express Agency label on the front

including those small holes and some light toning spots/stains along the bottom edge of the paper

for making clear candy I believe

Perfectly no fuss and really quite a satisfying object. Found and made in Pennsylvania, as evident from the PA Malt Beverage visible on the bottle cap edges. 5" diameter x 1 1 8" t. Very good condition, c. mid 20th century I believe.
