This is a nice example of a German Krimschild metal shield award, which has been removed from a uniform, so at present there is no fabric included. The shield is in very good shape, and looks to be made of brass with tabs on the back, one of which is marked with LDO number L 58 for the firm of Glaser & Sohn.
