Wonderful 1950 Pencil Signed Mixed Media Print “Bird” by Harold Zussin original framed art ACT UP (AIDS Coalition toWhat I've learned about Harold Zussin, who did this striking "Bird," in 1950, is that he was born in Chicago, 1915, and that apart from a brief period of study at the Evening School of the Art Institute of Chicago, was entirely self taught. He seems to have been active in Chicago, with a a two person exhibition at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1948, and later in Maine, with auction records from the sale of his work through several auction houses in
