Each Birdie puppy collar and lead handle is lined with velvet and is lovely and soft and perfect for your new puppy or small breed and comes complete with a heart shaped tag. This collar will be handmade with a black nylon clasp, NOT the aluminium clasp as pictured due to quality and safety issues. Each collar is one size and will fit 10" up to 18"
