Lovely Antique Bone Handled Brush two-toned I believe they were once

I believe they were once part of a whole folk art Noah's ark set

each with its own personality: one seeming almost on the verge of cracking a smile

but often one sees porcelain manufactured in one country and decorated in another

and there is one scratch on the lid near the edge

There is residue from an old piece of tape on one side and some darkening to the copper

Lovely Antique Bone Handled Brush two-toned I believe they were onceA little too large to be a toothbrush (!), I actually think this lovely bone brush might have been made more than a hundred years ago I believe for cleaning typewriters, as I found one, and only one, with the same form and black bristles marked as such on its handle. This one is marked "Extra Fine Pure Bristles Sterilized" but with nothing else, so I am not entirely sure, and it is also conceivable that it is a hat brush, made for brushing the rim of
