There is one small split in the surface of the wood of the back leg visible on one side

light blue and caramel glazes

but comes I believe from the Tonala region in Jalisco and resembles the work of Carlos Villanueva

and a bit of Miro

as a bowl ( I think clementines would look spectacular in it) or just as a beautiful object for display

Carved Wooden Beaver Dhorka There is one small splitHere's a sweet little hand carved wooden beaver to add to the menagerie, with nicely detailed fur and tail, plus great little ears and eyes. I'm not sure on the age or origins of this piece, but there is a "3" carved on the underside of his tail. Just a charming little friend! 2 7 8" long x 3 4" wide x 1" tall and in great condition.
