to my eye very beautifully aged

Vintage Brown Glazed Clay Head (Sherrod Brown!) early 19th century painting carved stool upon which thisI purchased this one from the estate of an artist collector dealer activist near me, along with a second head also listed today I've held on to them for a bit, but thought this a good and timely week to list them, especially as this one strikes me as looking very much like a hopeful Sherrod Brown! (And the other like Martin Luther King Jr.) Wonderfully expressive, and hopefully continuing to read as optimistic rather than melancholic for years to come
