the most  basic being sliding the tiles to put them in order from 1-15

A couple of small stains at top right which look like watercolor or ink smears perhaps original to the paper on which it was done

But there is no sign around the edges or on back that it was welded to something else, so perhaps it was somehow glued adhered flush to a mount. I just think the hand painted face is pretty great, with just the right taunting expression to provoke one to try to hit the
