Like many of the bayonets for this rifle, this example was contract made in Germany. There is a makers mark on one side of the blade but it is VERY faint and only a small bit of it can be seen. The ricasso of the blade is marked GEBR WEYERSBERG SOLINGEN, the logo of Gebrder Weyersberg, Waffenfabrik,
